Calories  Diet  Plan  for  You !!
    Carbs : 55%  , Protiens : 25%    Fats : 20%
     Total Cooking Oil: half Litre per Person per Month 
( Olive / Mustard /Soya / Groundnut )
Early Morning :               Tea 1 Cup ,without sugar ( may add. Sweetener )
                                                1 –2 multigrain biscuits
Breakfast           :               Low Fat Milk-1Cup, Mix Grain Chapatti- 1 OR Dalia 1Cup
                                               OR 1  Rava Idli   OR DHOKLA  & 5  Almonds

Mid Morning    :                 Fruit –1portion ( Apple/Papaya/Melon/Orange/Pomagranate) &  
                                       Lassi  or  Lemon water or Tea or Coffee

Lunch              : 1 big plate mixed Veg.Salad & 1 Glass Water as Starter half hour before Lunch,
                                         1 Chapati (wheat Chana soya),1Katori Daal,1Katori
                                         Vegetable cooked ,1 Katori Dahi ,
                                                  

Evening Tea     :              Tea 1 cup , Salty or Trans Fat Free Marie Biscuits OR
                                                 veg/cottage cheese snack or Poha
                                                 OR  Peanuts (handful) OR roasted Chana

Dinner                :                 1 big plate salad & 1 Glass Water as Starter half hour before Dinner
                                           1 Bowl fresh Veg Soup ,  1 Chapati ,
                                           1 katori Daal,1 katori Vegetables,  .

Bed Time           :                  Milk low fat 1 cup.OR Papaya 1 small Bowl

1 medium chapatti = half katori boiled rice =1 slice brown bread=half plain paratha =1 plain dosa=1 small idli = half pizza 6”= 1 katori of noodles / macroni / wheat pasta / poha / dalia.

1 katori daal = rajma = channa = 2pcs lean ckicken /fish/meat = 1 whole egg= 1katori curd = 1big glass 300ml lassi= 2 katori sambhar
