How To View Medical Prescription

4. View Medical Prescriptions:

• Click on View Medical Prescriptions.
• A window will open. Here you can search for previously uploaded medical prescriptions.
• Select the time frame for which you want to view the report. Enter From and To dates.
• Write a brief description about the prescription.
• Write the disease for which the prescription is related to.
• Enter the doctor’s name.
• Select the date of the prescription.
• Write the file name and click Search button.
• You can download/delete previously added prescriptions from a displayed list below the form.
