How To Add Medical Prescription

2. Add Medical Prescription:

• Click on Add Medical Prescription.
• A window will open.
• Click on Choose File and select the saved prescription accordingly.
• Give a brief description of what the prescription contains.
• Enter the name of the disease and doctor name also.
• Lastly, select the date of the prescription and click on Upload.
