1. Doctor Sign Up :When you click on the new sign up page, a form will appear. In order to fill the form correctly, please follow the instructions given below: • Select the title, i.e. Mr., Miss, Dr., Dt. Etc. • Enter your first and last name along with correct email ID and mobile number. The email and mobile number entered here will be used for future references such as booking appointments and confirmation. • Enter a new password and type it again to reconfirm.• After you’ve agreed with the terms and conditions and entered the code correctly, click the Register button. • You’ll receive a confirmation link on your registered email. • By clicking on that link, you’ll be successfully registered with Lazoi™ and redirected to the site.
