How to Add New Patient

1. Add New Patient:

From your dashboard click on My Patient Register and then click to Add New Patient:

• Click on Add New Patient.

• A form will appear and you need to fill it up in order to add a patient’s details.
• Select the title, i.e. Dr., Mr. Ms. Etc.
• Enter the first and last name of the patient.
• Enter date of birth and gender of the patient.
• After that enter the correct mobile number and email of the patient. This number will be used for future references as well.
• Give a small brief of the problem of the patient and click ‘Submit’ button.
